Pipe Organ Demonstration and Concert

Organdemo.info and our sponsors invite you to see and hear the wonderful organs in the Thomaskirche. Located a short walk from the conference venue, the church was home to Johann Sebastian Bach from 1723 until his death in 1750. Organists Ullrich Böhme and Rodney Gehrke will perform works by Bach, Johannes Brahms, Felix Mendelssohn and others. You will hear some wonderful music and learn a few things about pipe organs. A reception will follow at the Bachstüb’l near the church.
